NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE MISSOULA COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT will
be conducting a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
January 17, 2018 in the Missoula City Council Chambers,
140 W. Pine, Missoula, MT, on the following item:
1. A request by Kim and Colin McKearnan for a
variance from Missoula County Zoning Regulations
to allow the maximum floor area for a new events
space to exceed the 2500 square foot maximum
by 1000 square feet. The subject property, Tract
A of Certificate of Survey 3554, is zoned C-C1
Neighborhood Commercial. The preliminary
proposal is for an events barn that offers flexible
rental space for activities which may include, but are
not limited to meetings,
weddings and reunions.
The
applicant
has
estimated the proposed
structure will have a floor
area of approximately
3500 square feet.
