Brad Christian has joined Karl Tyler Chevrolet as a sales consultant to the sales team.

Theresa Johnson has joined Stockman Bank as a personal banker for the Missoula market. Her responsibilities include administering installment loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, new depository accounts, along with assisting clients with all of their financial needs. Ariell Pirwitz joined the team at Tamarack Grief Resource Center as an Outreach Specialist. She has a B.A. in organizational communications from the University of Montana and has spent the past 10 years building a small independent business. 

Paige Devlin joined the clinical team at Tamarack Grief Resource Center as a Grief Specialist Intern. Devlin is a UM graduate student in the Department of Counselor Education. She brings experience from many growth-oriented settings, including schools, YWCA/GUTS!, and the Curry Health Center.


A Carousel for Missoula's executive director Theresa Cox announced the new slate of board officers for 2018: Elizabeth Grimley, MD, retired Western Montana Clinic, president; Kimberly Roth, senior resident director, Merrill Lynch, vice president; Brynn Fullerton, treasurer; Max Murphy, CFO Mountain Broadcasting/IMAGE, past president.

Tamarack Grief Resource Center (TGRC) elected the following officers to the board of directors: Clint Romney, owner of Title Services Inc., president; Brandy Fowler, sales manager, First Call Computer Solutions, vice president; Jamie Adams, agent, New York Life Insurance, secretary; and Noel Kulbeck, vice president/commercial lender, First Montana Bank, treasurer.

Dr. Doris Balko, president of the Montana Retired Education Association, has been awarded the AARP award for 2017 Outstanding Retired Educator. She has served as the past president of this organization for the past four years.
