Lars Martinson has joined the staff of PartnersCreative as digital/web developer. A history graduate with a minor in Japanese from Montana State University, Martinson worked his way across the Pacific Northwest, Europe, Japan and Australia before returning to Montana. He attended Montana Code School and worked at a web design firm before joining Missoula’s largest full-service marketing and communications agency. At PartnersCreative, he implements and maintains digital projects including websites, applications and online advertising.


Arian Bloomfield, PE, with Morrison-Maierle was promoted to Buildings Market Group Leader. He will be responsible for the organization and business development of the company’s structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers throughout its 12 offices in Montana, Wyoming, Washington and Arizona. Bloomfield, who also holds certifications in LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accredited professional (LEED AP BD+C) and GG (Green Globes) will lead a staff of 35 across the firm from his home office in Missoula. He came to Morrison-Maierle 10 years ago as a recent graduate of Montana State University with a B.S. in electrical engineering. He was first hired by the firm’s Kalispell office and then transferred to the Missoula office six years later and was the office’s first Buildings Market Group employee. His most recent position has been as the Missoula Office Market Group Leader. As an electrical engineer, Bloomfield has a wide variety of experience in lighting, power distribution, fire detection and alarm, and controls systems for numerous public and private facilities. He is a member of the US Green Building (USGBC) Montana Chapter; IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers); and IES (Illuminating Engineering Society of North America).

Cory Davis, P.E. and Project Manager for Territorial-Landworks, Inc. (TLI) has been promoted to the position of Municipal Group Manager. Davis, a design engineer, mentor and project manager, has been employed with TLI for eight years and has played a major role in recent projects such as the Missoula Food Bank, MRA URD II Curb & Sidewalk and Missoula International Airport Improvements. Davis is a Montana native and graduate of Montana Tech. TLI is a Montana-based engineering and surveying firm with offices located in Missoula, Billings, Kalispell, Helena and the Bakken.


Ed Heine, PayneWest’s Managing Director of the Construction Specialty Division — Surety Bonds, received the Bruce T. Wallace Award at the general session at the 2017 National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) Annual Meeting and Expo. The Bruce T. Wallace Award is awarded to an individual who has distinguished himself or herself through years of exceptional service to NASBP and to the surety industry. Carol Brooker received the Governor's Serve Montana Award. Brooker is the presiding officer for the Sanders County Board of Commissioners for the past 22 years. The Montana Distillery’s Soiled/Fallen Dove Gin was awarded the San Francisco World Spirits Competitions’ DOUBLE GOLD medal. The Double Gold designation is awarded to the very few entries that receive Gold medal ratings by all members of their diverse judging panel. 


Kate Jordan Augusto has received new levels of certification. Augusto is certified to teach GYROTONIC® Level 1 and Level 2, GYROTONIC® Applications for Dancers, and GYROKINESIS® practices. Her studio, Kinetic Body Missoula is the first space in Missoula dedicated to the Gyrotonic system. She also teaches group classes Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre and Main Street Pilates. As an artist and educator, Augusto has over 10 years of experience teaching movement practices to people of all ages and abilities. Her specialty is working with athletes and dancers.
