Colleen Sickles has joined Stockman Bank as executive administrative assistant for the Missoula market. Leidy Wagener has joined United Way of Missoula County as development manager. In the new staff position, Wagener will manage United Way’s workplace giving campaigns and donor engagement. Lauren Bendel has joined Logistic Systems, Inc. as a GIS Technical Support Associate. She will work with the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) team in order to support ongoing operations for 911, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Agencies, and National Forests and Parks. She is a graduate of the University of Montana where she earned a bachelor of science degree in resource conservation, a minor in Wildland Fire Science, and a GIS certificate. She interned with the Missoula Metro Planning Organization, and has experience as a GIS specialist for incident management.

Due to a recent surgery, he was unable to return to his previous career and enrolled in an accelerated online course for software engineering in February of this year. As he continues to further his education, he will be able to apply his knowledge for Logistic Systems, Inc., by being at the forefront of technology through the new material that he will learn at Colorado Technical University Online.

Nuzzo has more than 10 years of fundraising and grant writing experience, and has served as a volunteer legislative coordinator for Amnesty International since 2002. April Sommers is the new membership & events director for the Downtown Missoula Partnership. She will be responsible for the Out to Lunch Summer Series, portions of River City Roots Festival, the Festival of Trees and all membership events. She is also responsible for membership recruitment, retention, outreach and benefits for members of the Missoula Downtown Association. Sommers comes to the DMP from the Hamilton School District, where she served as a theater arts teacher and manager of the Hamilton Performance Arts Center in 2014. Prior to that, she served the Daly Mansion Preservation Trust, as its events coordinator from 2007-2010 and later as the executive director from 2010-2014. She also served as the executive director of the Hamilton Players from 2001-2007.

Hennessy is a graduate of Missoula College where she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in information technology with a focus on programming and app development, and a certificate in computer support. During her college career, she interned and worked as a student technician for IT Central at the University of Montana. While interning she was nominated for the 2017 Student Employee Award. Hennessy will be working with the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) team to test our software products for 911, emergency medical services, fire agencies, and national forests and parks.
