Bare Bait Dance Company is holding a live fundraiser on Friday at the Dana Gallery.

Proceeds from Autumn Art Gala will help the contemporary modern dance group's efforts to expand in its fourth season and include fully produced concerts by artists in the region.

The Dana Gallery will donate a portion of the proceeds of the sale of late Mary Carlton’s paintings to Bare Bait Dance. In addition to drinks and hors d’oeuvres, Bare Bait dancers will be performing new dance pieces inspired by their favorite of Carlton's paintings.

In addition, there will be live music by Missoula musician Ryan Bundy and a silent auction of works by Carlton and other Dana artists with proceeds going to Bare Bait.

The free gala takes place from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at the Dana, 246 N. Higgins Ave.
