Bill and Darlene Richardson of Missoula celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 27 at the Lolo Creek Steakhouse. The family celebration was hosted by their children. Also attending were Darlene's mother, Katherine Dankers, and friends Vic Demin and Sandy Bishop.

Bill Richardson and Darlene Baumgardner were introduced to one another by Darlene's cousin, Tom Daniels. They were married Aug. 27, 1960, at St. Francis Xavier Parish in Missoula by the Rev. Leo T. Eckstein.

Their children are Rick and Kathy Kamura of Missoula, and Karen Richardson and Tirzah Hancock of Elk Grove, Calif. They have three grandsons Ryan, Tyler and Trevor Kamura, all of Missoula.
