My Student in Need provides a private and nurturing way for teachers and staff members of Missoula County Public Schools to ask for help for a student in need and a way for the community to give back.
• A fifth grade boy, age 9, is in need of a gently used/clean twin bed system (mattress and box spring). If you have a gently used twin bed system and would like to donate it to this need contact My Student in Need and let us know how you would like to help. Paxson #2554.
• Freshmen and sophomores at Hellgate High School are in desperate need of athletic shorts and sweats for Health Enhancement Classes. Any unisex athletic wear items from S-XL would be greatly appreciated. If you would like to help with this need you are asked to make a donation of any amount up to $175 to My Student In Need and we will purchase a gift card so the teacher can purchase the athletic wear needed for classes. • An 11th grade boy, age 16, is in need of warm waterproof gloves size men’s large, rain pants size men’s large and waterproof rain jacket size men’s large. If you would like to help with this need you are asked to make a donation of any amount up to $75 to My Student In Need and we will purchase a gift card so the teacher can take the student shopping for his new rain gear.
