The National Alliance on Mental Illness Missoula will sponsor the Family-to-Family Education Program specifically for parents, siblings, spouses and significant others of a person with a serious mental illness. The free 12-week class begins in Missoula on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 6:30-9 p.m. The course will cover information about schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, major depression, panic disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. It also covers coping skills in crisis and relapse; basic information about medications; problem-solving and self-care around worry and stress.
