Partners in Home Care, Hospice provides hospice services including symptom management, comfort, social opportunities, assistance with supportive resources, personal care and end of life education to people who have a terminal diagnosis and those who care for them. It also provides grief/bereavement support services to our patients’ families and the community.
A patient needs assistance in the form of gas, grocery and gift cards as she is in the final days of her life and caring for a disabled family member while her husband must continue leaving her so he can work to pay off a large medical bill and support them all.
A woman in the final days of her life continues to work in order to pay medical bills despite her pain and exhaustion. She would appreciate gas, grocery and gift cards to keep her afloat.
An elderly gentleman with developmental disabilities, scoliosis and chronic pain is in need of new cozy bedding and memory foam pillows. There are no family members to provide for him as he had been left as a child. Costco gift cards would be perfect to fulfill this wish.
If you are interested in supporting these beautiful people (and their families) during the end of their lives, please bring in or mail gas, grocery or gift cards only (to protect privacy) to the Partners in Home Care office, 2687 Palmer St. Suite B, Missoula, 59808. Specify to the receptionist which hospice patient to whom you are giving. Please be aware that your donations are not tax-deductible but are more appreciated than ever could be expressed.
