Bitterroot Audubon’s November program melds together the crisis facing all seven species of sea turtles in the oceans around the world and one woman’s unique effort to aid in their conservation.

Kathleen Sheard is a nationally recognized wildlife glass artist who has volunteered on several sea turtle rescue projects. Sheard's program will focus on the plight of sea turtles, and on her efforts to promote sea turtle conservation through her art, some of which will be on display.

This presentation starts at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at the Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Headquarters Visitor Center on Wildfowl Lane north of Stevensville. The meeting is free, and the public is invited. Contact Kay Fulton at 406-360-8664, for more information.
