Jo was born in Salem, Ohio, and graduated from East Palestine High School, of East Palestine, Ohio, in 1981. Music was always a big part of her life. Not only did she listen to music, she played music and was a musician in a family band. Gardening was a passion she took a lot of time and pride perfecting. She enjoyed the life that Montana has to offer. She loved to go camping and floating the river with her children every chance she was able to.
Joanna never met a stranger. She enjoyed greeting, caring for and interacting with a cheerful smile.
