MISSOULA — Marjorie Mary Jensen, 87, of Missoula, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, of natural causes. Marjorie was born in Brooks Village, Massachusetts, on June 12, 1930, to Mike and Ida Miller. She lived on a dairy farm with her five sisters until graduating high school.
Marjorie married Ingar “Pete” Jensen in 1952, after he was honorably discharged from the Army. Together they had two children, Steven and Mark, and raised them in Templeton, Massachusetts. Marjorie worked in the printing business in Templeton until her retirement in 1990, when Pete and Marjorie moved to Missoula to be closer to their sons and their families.
Marjorie is survived by her two sons, Steven (Barbara) and Mark (Cindy); and one grandchild, Ashley (Chris).
The family is planning a private memorial. Donations made in Marjorie’s name to the Alzheimer's Association at act.alz.org would be appreciated.
