Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provides case management for western Montanans of all ages with physical and mental disabilities and works to help them live in the least restrictive environment possible. Clients must be determined by Social Security to have a disability, must be eligible for Medicaid, and meet a level of need that makes them eligible for nursing home care. HCBS offers services in a community setting or a person’s home to increase qualify of life and offer an alternative to nursing home care.
A 58-year-old man who lives with a diagnosis of neuropathy and depression would greatly benefit from some much needed clothing, specifically loose slacks from the big and tall store 50/34, and shirts size 6XB. A gift card to the Big and Tall store would work best. He lives on a very limited income, and currently only has one pair of pants that are ripped. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
