I recently had major surgery at Community Medical Center, having been referred to a Missoula specialist for surgery not performed by my community’s physicians. I chose to have the surgery performed at Community Medical Center.

I could not have received better care. From admission through each step of the preparation and recovery, staff members treated me with compassion and thoughtfulness. Staff members explained each step of the process and what I could expect next. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who cared for me throughout the night was amazing.

Each of the “hand offs” from room to room and from one shift to the next, was performed smoothly and cheerfully. Staff members were as pleasant to each other as they were to me. The Missoula community should be grateful for the care available at your community hospital.

CMC staff should be proud of each other and their organization. Thanks for a great experience.
