Hello fellow old people.
Well, correct me if I'm wrong; the government says Social Security is broke, but food stamps and welfare are not. The government doesn't want to give the military - who put their lives on the line 24-seven - a pay increase. Now food stamps and welfare are going into high gear to pay benefits to illegal aliens and welfare recipients who contribute nothing, but the working people who have paid into Social Security all their working lives are in danger of pay cuts or not getting any money.
Didn't the government (thank you Lyndon B. Johnson and the Democrats) take Social Security and put it in the general fund?
So here we go, the elections are coming up in 2016 and maybe we will get to vote for the lesser of two evils, or we may have a chance of two people who understand hard work and balancing budgets: Donald Trump and Dr. Ben Carson. They are not career politicians.
So in closing, the career politicians say "send me money, help me get elected and be your voice in Washington, D.C." Am I the only one laughing here?
