The Ewam Garden of 1,000 Buddhas in Arlee will host an “Introduction of Padma Trak-thung Retreat” on July 10-12.

The schedule for the weekend is 7-9 p.m. Friday (plan to arrive at 6 p.m.) and 9 a.m.-noon and 2-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Suggested donation is $150, which includes room and board (vegetarian meals) at the Ewam residential house. Bring all personal items, towels, hot beverage cup and water bottle, sleeping bag, meditation cushion, shawl, malas, etc. You may bring the customary monetary offering to the Lama and translator.

Padma Trak-thung is a vital practice on the path to ultimate enlightenment especially meant for overcoming obstacles of negative forces and removing the defilements, negative conditions of practice, and the clearing/curing of demonic forces and epidemics.

Regular Webcast Practice will continue after the retreat at no cost led by Namchak Khenpo by GoTo Webinar from 6-7 p.m. every other Wednesday beginning July 15. The link available at ewam.org or ewambuddhagarden.org.
