Friday, April 12

A deputy responded to a disturbance in the Conner area and after an investigation both parties were warned for disorderly conduct.

Terry L. Betschart, 48, was arrested for assault with a weapon and partner or family member assault in Victor.

Douglas E. Usher, 50, was arrested for DUI No. 1, obstructing a peace officer and probation violation in Stevensville.

Sabrina A. Inman, 34, was cited for assault in Corvallis.

Saturday, April 13

Yancy C. Moorehead, 19, was cited for criminal mischief, criminal trespass and theft; a juvenile male was cited for criminal mischief, criminal trespass and theft; and another juvenile male was cited for criminal mischief, criminal trespass, theft and probation violation in Florence.

A juvenile was cited for partner or family member assault in Florence.

Tom W. Watts, 53, was arrested and cited for DUI No. 1 in Florence.

Rebecca R. Simmons, 45, was arrested and remanded for obstructing a peace officer and disorderly conduct in Hamilton.

Sunday, April 14

Donald G. Harrison, 53, was arrested and cited for aggravated DUI and careless driving.

Monday, April 15

David G. Beckett, 52 and Randy L. Jones, 35, were cited for disorderly conduct in Hamilton.

Darren R. Jessop, 46, was cited for speeding on Highway 93.

Michael R. Christoferson, 28, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance on Highway 93.

Tuesday, April 16

Michael R. Sawyer, 34, was arrested for partner or family member assault.

Wednesday, April 17

Jeremy W. Ellsworth, 21, was arrested on a warrant in Hamilton.

David G. Dahl, 54, was arrested on a warrant in Corvallis.

Thursday, April 18

John J. Stark, 29, was arrested on a warrant in Stevensville.

Margaret M. Boyle, 64, was cited for a dog at large in Victor.

Rachel L. Welty, 32, was arrested for criminal distribution of dangerous drugs and obstructing a peace officer.

disorderly conduct is what lazy cops charge people with becasue they are angry they had to respond to a call.
