Good Saturday morning, Missoula! A blizzard warning remains in effect until 11 a.m. for the Missoula and Bitterroot valleys and the Potomac/Seeley Lake region.

Blowing and drifting snow will continue to create dangerous driving conditions this morning, as the gusty east winds continue at 25-35 mph. Some gusts have reached 50 mph. Wind chills are dangerously low, and could cause frostbite in 30 minutes.

Another 1-2 inches of snow could fall. Daytime high could reach 9 degrees, but wind chill values will be as low as minus 29.

Tonight, the Weather Service says another 1-2 inches of snow is likely, as lows drop to minus 5 degrees. Overnight wind chills will be minus 26, with east winds of 18-21 mph possible, and gusts to 32 mph.

Here is the Weather Service's forecast for the days ahead:

Sunday: Snow. High near 14. Wind chill values as low as -5. East wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Sunday Night: Snow. Low around 12. East wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Monday: Rain and snow. High near 24. South southwest wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Monday Night: Rain likely before 11pm, then rain likely, possibly mixed with freezing rain. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 22. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Tuesday: Rain, possibly mixed with freezing rain, becoming all rain after 11am. High near 28. Chance of precipitation is 80%.

Tuesday Night: A chance of rain and snow. Cloudy, with a low around 28.

Wednesday: A chance of rain. Cloudy, with a high near 37.

Wednesday Night: Rain likely, possibly mixed with freezing rain. Cloudy, with a low around 31.

Thursday: Rain likely. Cloudy, with a high near 38.

Thursday Night: A chance of rain and snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 30.

Friday: A chance of rain and snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42.
