SAN FRANCISCO — Bozeman native Will Dissly was named second-team All Pac-12 as a tight end on Tuesday when the conference announced its postseason awards.

Dissly finished the season with 19 catches for 230 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games played, 10 of which he started in. Ironically, Dissly had a career game this year when the Huskies played against the University of Montana on Sept. 9, when the 2014 graduate of Bozeman High caught five passes for 79 yards and his two scores on the season.

Dissly, a senior, has 27 catches for 277 yards and three touchdowns for his career with the Huskies. Originally a defensive lineman, Dissly also accounted for 13 tackles, three for a loss, and a forced fumble. Dissly made the transition to tight end as a junior for the Huskies. Dissly saw action in every game Washington played in his sophomore through senior years, a total of 39 games, while starting in 16 of them.
