Request for Bids / Analytical Laboratory Work for the Confederated Salish Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) Water Quality Program The CSKT Water Quality Program invite Analytical lab companies to submit bids to support surface water quality assessment programs on the Flathead Indian Reservation, Montana. Interested parties may request the Lab RFB that will include the following information. Project overview, Scope of Work - Analytical parameters, Analytical Lab requirements, and Minimum Bid submissions materials by contacting the project offer Paula Webster, CSKT Water Quality Program at the Natural Resources Department, P.O. Box 278 Pablo, MT 59855 or by telephone @ (406) 675-2700 ext. 7211. Final bids should be submitted to the CSKT project officer by the COB on September 6, 2018. Reserve right to reject or accept any or all offers. This is an Indian Preference bid. Tribal Contractors who wish to receive Indian Preference must obtain certification by the Indian Preference Office as a legitimate Indian-owned business prior to submission of bids. Proof of Indian Preference certification must be included with you bid in the form of a copy of the certificate issued by the Indian Preference Office. Be advised that evidence of membership or affiliation with the Tribe does not constitute Indian Preference certification. The selection of the successful contractor and award of this project will be per the provisions of the CSKT Indian Preference Ordinance 101A.
