Public Notice The Missoula Consolidated Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on the following item on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Missoula City Council Chambers located at 140 W. Pine Street in Missoula, Montana. 1. Zoning Request – 6900 Goodan lane Missoula County Community Planning and Services (CAPS) has received a rezoning application from Derek Hockenbrough with MT Suds, LLC, represented by James Sage with Missoula Engineering, to establish zoning for 6900 Goodan Lane, legally described in Deed Exhibit 3898, Section 26, T14 N, R20 W, P.M.M. The parcel is currently occupied by one residential structure and a detached garage. The applicant is proposing to zone the property MT Suds, LLC Special Zoning District. The property is currently unzoned. The intent of the MT Suds, LLC Special Zoning District is to allow for a mix of uses including residential and small-scale commercial. Maximum residential density if connected to public water and sewer would be eight (8) units per acre. The Missoula Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on this item at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019. The hearing will be held in the Sophie Moiese Room of the County Courthouse, located at 200 West Broadway in Missoula.
