NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE MISSOULA COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will be conducting a public hearing at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2019 in the Missoula County Courthouse Sophie Moiese Room, 200 West Broadway, Missoula, MT, on the following items: A request by David and Lisa Whitcomb for a variance from the 30’ height allowance established in Zoning District #4. The subject property is legally described as Parcel 2A of C.O.S. 5838 in S02, T12N, R19W. The applicant is proposing a new 33’9” tall residence, as measured from existing grade.
