New associates

Megan Nauman and Kalie Schwartzenberger have joined Community Medical Center as speech-language pathologists specializing in pediatric therapy as well as fluency. Nauman received her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Northern Colorado. Schwartzenberger received her undergraduate and master’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Montana.  


Katie Stevens with Stevens & Co. has received the Certified General Appraiser License with the State of Montana. Sevens graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor degree in history and a bachelor degree in sociology from the University of Providence. After her university education, she joined the Peace Corps and spent her time in Azerbaijan working on youth and community development. She has worked with Stevens & Co. for many years and is currently working to obtain the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute. Stevens & Co. is an independent full-service appraisal firm, located in Missoula, that has served the Pacific Northwest since 1978.

Kirsten Cherubini and Kelly Robinson of Main Street Pilates have completed a year long teacher intensive under Second Generation Pilates Master Instructor Chris Robinson. This 60 hour continuing education program focused on the classical work of Joseph Pilates and was held at S6 Fitness in San Diego, California.

Systems Technology Consultants completed the MSPAlliance’s MSP/Cloud Verify Program (MSPCV) certification process, an industry-standard certification program for cloud computing and managed services providers. The MSPCV is a standard for cybersecurity, cloud, and managed service providers in the IT world. Systems Technology Consultants is the first IT firm in Montana to achieve this certification. Systems Technology Consultants is a subsidiary of Morrison-Maierle, with four locations in Helena, Billings, Missoula and Bozeman. Systems has been providing Montana businesses customized IT support, consulting, cyber security, computer backup and recovery solutions since 1982.


Randy J. Cox was elected to be a member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. The American Academy of Appellate Lawyers was founded in 1990 to recognize outstanding appellate lawyers and promote the improvement of appellate advocacy and the administration of the appellate courts. Academy membership is open only to a person who possesses a reputation of recognized distinction as an appellate lawyer. To be eligible for membership, a nominee’s practice must have focused substantially on appeals during at least the last 15 years. Academy membership is limited to 500 members in the United States.
