Stylists Ruby Crum, Lisa Simecek, and Sari Mrkich, formerly of Details Hair Design, have opened The Wild Hare Salon at 147 W. Main St. The Wild Hare Salon is a small boutique salon with the goal to provide clients with the highest customer service in a professional, unique, and comfortable setting. It offers a range of services for men and women, focusing on hair-cutting, coloring, and styling.

Ali Mandell joined Anderson ZurMuehlen, a Montana based CPA Firm, as Director of Business Development & Marketing. Mandell served as Marketing Director for a statewide community bank for the past nine years. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in communications from the University of Montana. Mandell has 15 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, and business development. 

Erik Digby has joined the staff of Great Divide Physical Therapy as a physical therapist. Digby brings over 20 years of experience to GDPT and specializes in treating spine and chronic pain, running and cycling injuries. He has extensive training in manual therapeutic treatment techniques including myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. 

Mirtha Becerra has joined the Downtown Missoula Partnership as its new Director of Giving. She will be responsible for grant writing and donor development for the Missoula Downtown Foundation, the 501c3 non-profit with the mission to support and promote the spirit and heritage of Missoula through cultural, historical and economic enhancement of Downtown, now and for future generations. Becerra currently serves as a Ward 2 Representative on the Missoula City Council. She previously worked for the City-County Office of Planning & Grants, serving as a land-use planner from 2003-2008 and a transportation planner from 2008-2013. She has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a master’s degree in Urban Planning, both from the State University of New York in Buffalo. Elected

Sentinel Kiwanis installed the following officers and board of directors: Kelly Rosenleaf, president; Bubba Alsup, president elect; Gary Hughes, treasurer; Debbie Schock, secretary; David Loewenwarter, immediate past lresident. New board members include Julie Kieckbusch Jones, Dick Samson, Tom Storch, and Leslie Womack. Continuing board members are Dori Brownlow, Lisa Mecklenberg Jackson, Bill Lawrence, and Bobby Smith.
