Kevin Guenthner has joined Stockman Bank as Chief Information Officer, (CIO). In his new position, Guenthner will lead information technology strategic planning and implement support of strategic technologies and business processes for all 34 Stockman Bank locations. Guenthner has more than 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving most recently as CIO for a large, publicly-traded bank. He brings a broad range of skills and expertise, including audit, technology, operations and running a bank service center. Guenthner earned his bachelor of science degree in accounting from Montana State University–Bozeman and is an honors graduate from the Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking. The Missoula Family YMCA has named Heather Foster as its new Chief Executive Officer. Foster has served as the Missoula Y’s interim CEO since February. Foster began her work at the Missoula YMCA in 2014 as its Human Resource Director before accepting the role of executive vice president. Foster's previous experience includes 12 years in various nonprofit roles ranging from administration, service coordination, human resources, occupancy and project management.

Keri McHugh is the new Chief Operating Officer at the Missoula YMCA. McHugh brings eight years of experience at the YMCA in varying degrees of responsibilities. 

Pam Koepplin is the new Pathways Program Manager at YWCA Missoula. She will oversee YWCA’s Domestic and Sexual Violence Services, including the safe shelter, walk-in counseling center, 24-hour crisis line, and children’s support program. Koepplin has over 10 years of direct service experience working with individuals impacted by addiction, trauma, and mental health concerns. She has been a program manager for over three years with experience in the Strengths-Based Empowerment Model. She holds a bachelor of social work and B.A. in psychology from the University of Montana, as well as a master of social work from Walla Walla University.

Richard Miltenberger is the new CEO of Montana Health CO-OP, the board of directors announced this week. Founded in 2012, the nonprofit, consumer-oriented and operated health insurance cooperative serves members in Montana who buy health insurance on the exchange  members in Idaho, where it operates as Mountain Health CO-OP. Miltenberger brings 30 years of experience in finance and marketing, including in senior positions with other health insurers. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of InterWest Health, a regional physician network.   

Timothy Kornish is a consultant with Advanced Technology’s Missoula Solution Center. His professional background is in software engineering, data analysis, and data visualization. Prior to joining ATG, Kornish attended Montana Code School and worked for Michael’s Arts & Crafts. He has a bachelor’s degree in Astrophysics from the University of Montana.

Matthew Moss is an IT Support Specialist with the Operations team at ATG’s Missoula Solution Center. His professional background is in IT systems/network administration and he is certified in MTA Networking Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, and Project+. Prior to joining ATG, Moss worked for Utah Youth Village/Alpine Academy, Utah Valley University, and SkyWest Airlines. He is working toward his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology – Network Administration from Western Governor’s University.

Alicia Felton is a Human Resource Specialist with the Operations team at ATG’s Missoula Solution Center. Her professional background is in human resources, talent acquisition, and management training, and she is PHR certified. Prior to joining ATG, Felton worked for Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc. and Enterprise Holdings, Inc. – Frontier Group. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with Management Emphasis from the University of Nebraska.

Taylor McDermott is a Consultant with ATG’s Missoula Solution Center. Her professional background is in web development, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and project implementation. She has certifications in Google Analytics and Inbound Marketing. Prior to joining ATG, McDermott worked for GeoFli, Pintler Group, and the University of Montana. She has a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Montana.

Nathan Ryan is a Consultant with ATG’s Missoula Solution Center. His professional background is in project planning, project management, and operations management. Prior to joining ATG, Ryan worked for Buckhorn Energy Services for over six years.

Francisco Quiñones, DPT, has joined Alpine Physical Therapy's downtown location. Quiñones is a 2018 graduate of the University of Montana Physical Therapy Doctorate program. Alexander Kon MD, FAAP, FCCM, has joined Community Children’s at Community Medical Center as the pediatric ICU medical director. Dr. Kon has over 20 years of experience in the pediatric ICU and healthcare ethics, and has authored or co-authored over 100 publications in leading medical journals with a focus on decision-making for critically ill patients, including international guidelines on pediatric sepsis, family support, shared decision-making, and medical futility. Kon received his medical education and training at McGill medical school in Montreal, residency at Stanford and dual fellowship in pediatric critical care and medical ethics in San Francisco.
