Mark Petty is a new technical writer at Logistic Systems, Inc. Petty has spent over a decade as a professional firefighter. He has worked for the U.S. Navy, the city of Raton, and two years in Iraq as a contractor. After a motorcycle accident in 2010, Mark went back to school where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in English with an emphasis in technical writing. He is part of a team that develops Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Record Management (RMS) systems software for 911, fire, emergency medical services (EMS), and national forests and parks. As a technical writer, he will be involved in documentation that assists police, EMS, fire and national forests and parks use Logistic Systems, Inc. software.

Ty Downard has joined First American Title Company as an escrow assistant. He will be working directly with realtors, lenders and other clients to prepare for real-estate closings. He has experience in the financial industry as well as a background in administration and customer service. Downard is a Missoula native and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana.

Tim Hubbard has joined KPAX/KAJ as local sales manager at KAJ TV in Kalispell. Hubbard has over 20 years in media sales ranging from broadcast television to cable advertising, digital and radio sales.  

Elizabeth Clark and Dana Henkel have joined Robert Terrazas to form the law firm of Terrazas Clark Henkel, PC in Missoula. The firm continues the practice of Terrazas Law Offices in litigation of personal injury, employment, complex divorce and child custody, real estate, probate, and criminal defense as well as estate planning, business formations, and contracts. Henkel is a 2012 graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law and practiced civil litigation and criminal defense in Great Falls before joining Terrazas Law Offices in 2015. Henkel will continue to practice complex litigation and expands the firm’s criminal defense practice. Clark joined Terrazas Law Offices as a legal assistant in 2006, and has practiced with the firm since her admission to the bar in 2012. In 2016, she received her Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. Greg Fister is one of our newest software testers at Logistic Systems, Inc. Due to a recent surgery, he was unable to return to his previous career and enrolled in an accelerated online course for software engineering in February of this year. As he continues to further his education, he will be able to apply his knowledge for Logistic Systems, Inc., by being at the forefront of technology through the new material that he will learn at Colorado Technical University Online.

Jordan Lyons joined the University of Montana as Director of the ASUM Renter Center. Lyons holds a master of public administration from UM, and for 10 years he has worked helping low-income people in Missoula with housing issues. He will help UM students understand their rights and responsibilities as renters, as well as promoting positive relationships between students and their neighbors.  

Paula Dammarell has joined Stewart Title of Missoula County as a title officer. Dammarell comes with eight years of title experience. She began her career in title and escrow in 2009 where she learned various tasks of the industry such as posting, examining, policies and most importantly customer service.  

Jason M. Scott joined P. Mars Scott, P.C. Law Offices as an associate attorney. Scott’s practice emphasizes complex marital dissolution and family law. He is a 2016 graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree. In 2011, Scott graduated from the University of Montana and received Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Marketing. While attending law school, Scott served as an editor on the Santa Clara Law Review, and as an editor for the Santa Clara Sports Law Symposium publication. He also interned with P.
