For the third straight day, search and rescue crews had no luck locating the body of a 20-year-old Missoula man who drowned Tuesday afternoon in the Blackfoot River.

Missoula Sheriff's Sgt. Dave Ball said boats and divers swept a 12-mile stretch of the river again on Friday but saw no sign of Anthony A. Mount, who disappeared in the swift, deep water after leaping off some cliffs near Johnsrud Park.

Ball said crews will continue to search the river for at least two weeks or until Mount's body is found. He said with water temperatures warming and river usage increasing, officials are hopeful that Mount's body will be sighted over the next few days.
