The Case Management Program of Partners In Home Care is now being called the Partners Home & Community Based Services Program. This name coincides with the names used by many of the sister services at other organizations. As part of this change, Annie Bernauer has been named team leader. She joined Partners in September 2008 and holds an Master of Social Work from the University of Montana.
