A Helena man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine while standing on the roof of Kev's Auto Sales screaming he was either shot or being shot.
Robert Lee Wrzesinski Jr., 26, was arrested Monday in the 1700 block of North Montana Avenue, according to an affidavit filed in Lewis and Clark County Court. He was accused of felony possession of dangerous drugs.
Officers were able to get Wrzesinski off the roof, and he was treated by medical personnel at the scene. "It was determined that he was under the influence of drugs and was hallucinating,” according to court documents. “It was also determined that there was nobody after Robert.”
