Mark Henry Lally, 54, of Missoula, received a 20-year suspended sentence for sexual assault.

Roy Dean Pierce, 45, of Casper, Wyo., received a five-year suspended sentence for criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Danell Kay Deschamps, 26, of Stevensville, received a three-year deferred sentence for issuing a bad check, a common scheme.

Calvin Merle Veigel, 20, of Lincoln, received a five-year suspended sentence for carrying a concealed weapon.

Jason M. Rosalez, 32, of Missoula, received a five-year sentence for accountability for theft.

Caren L. Peterson, 44, was sentenced to 13 months under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections for DUI, a fourth or subsequent offense.

Dawn Marie Weidman, 26, of Glasgow, received a three-year deferred sentence for issuing a bad check, a common scheme.

U.S. District Court

Raymond Tetzlaff, 21, of Great Falls, was sentenced to 90 months under the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a gun with drug trafficking, followed by five years of supervised release.

Brian Barker, 44, of Boston, was sentenced to 60 months under the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

Dean Ruth, 37, of Seeley Lake, was sentenced to four months under the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for conspiracy to sell wildlife worth more than $350 and unlawful transport of wildlife, followed by two years of supervised release.

Gale Ruth, 25, of Seeley Lake, received four months probation (home confinement with electronic monitoring) for conspiracy to sell wildlife worth more than $350 and unlawful transport of wildlife.

Donald Ware, 39, was sentenced to 188 months under the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, followed by three years of supervised release.
