Aaron J. Tucker, 22, of Victor, was sentenced to 10 years under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections, with five years suspended, for forgery, a common scheme.

Dustin Wright, 32, of Huson, received a three-year deferred sentence for the criminal production or manufacture of dangerous drugs.

Joshua Allen Dewey, 31, of Missoula, was sentenced to five years under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections for issuing a bad check.

Charles Larry Douglas, 51, received a five-year suspended sentence for failure to register as a sexual offender.

Steven Wayne Skjold, 29, received a five-year sentence for theft.

Michael Povsha, 35, of Missoula, received a 10-year suspended sentence on each of three counts of forgery.

Michael Dammen, 46, of Clinton, received a three-year deferred sentence for criminal endangerment and 13 months under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections for DUI, a fourth or subsequent offense.

George Hardin, 36, of Missoula, received a 40-year sentence, with 25 years suspended, for sexual intercourse without consent.

Jeffrey Dale Harmon, 19, of Missoula, received a three-year deferred sentence for the criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Matthew J. Rickett, 22, was sentenced to 10 years under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections, with five years suspended, for theft.

U.S. District Court

David Chase, 32, of Huson, was sentenced to the Federal Bureau of Prisons for 88 months for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and 120 months for possession of a firearm in a drug transaction, followed by three years of supervised release.

Ronnie Staber, 24, of Missoula, was sentenced to 88 months in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, followed by three years of supervised release.

Rebecca Staber, 21, of Missoula, was sentenced to 37 months in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons for maintaining a premise for the manufacture of methamphetamine, followed by three years of supervised release.

James Hendershot, 32, of Great Falls, was sentenced to 56 months in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine and drug user in possession of a firearm, followed by three years of supervised release.

Justin Gamba, 47, of Missoula, was sentenced to 33 months in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons for witness tampering.
