Holy Spirit collecting supplies Sunday for Habitat

Holy Spirit Episcopal Church is sponsoring a “Stock the Truck” event on Sunday for the new Habitat for Humanity of Missoula ReStore, which will be opening later this fall. A Habitat ReStore sells new and gently used home improvement goods, furniture, building materials and appliances to the public at a fraction of the retail price. The proceeds are used to fund Habitat for Humanity of Missoula’s affordable home-ownership program, to ensure people have access to affordable materials to maintain and improve their homes and to divert usable materials from the landfills.

If you are remodeling, downsizing or just cleaning out the house or garage, the Habitat ReStore will put the proceeds from selling your donations to good use by building homes and hope in the community.

The Habitat ReStore truck will be parked outside Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, located at 130 S. Sixth St. E., from 9 am until noon ready to load up donations. No clothing, toys or hazardous materials will be accepted.
