New year, new you? It can be that easy. When it comes to resolutions, we’re interested in ones we actually want to keep. We sat down with dietitian Valerie Agyeman, founder of Flourish Heights, a women’s health nutrition practice, digital platform and community, who suggested her best (and easiest!) resolutions to make this new year.

Not sure which produce is in season in your region? Our national produce guide tells you everything you need to know. And if your favorite veggie isn’t in season, don’t fret. Agyeman offers ways to incorporate veggies throughout the winter months. We also highlight some of our favorite delivery services that will help keep your kitchen stocked with the freshest available produce; some of these delivery companies are even working to improve the planet — one apple at a time.

Finally, are you sick of soup already? We offer a few of our favorite seasonally appropriate, veggie-forward recipes. No pot necessary!
