LOLO – Danny E. Valladao Sr., 71, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015, at his home in Lolo. He was born Feb. 1, 1944, in Oakland, California, the son of Roy and Anna Valladao.
He was raised in Oakland and, when he graduated from high school, he married Pat Connely, currently of Phoenix. He had two sons, Michael and Danny, Jr.
He was divorced and married Dolores. She had five kids, whom he raised. They moved to Victor, where he worked at Van Evans until it closed. He divorced and then married Ella Crowder. They lived in Missoula and then moved to Lolo, where his wife continues to live.
He worked for Smurfit Stone until he retired in 2009. His only real passion was golf; and he enjoyed fishing, hunting and working on his house. He also enjoyed family outings and building golf clubs. He was very busy and enjoyed whatever he was doing.
He was always willing to help anyone who needed it and was very good at anything he tried to do.

His wife Ella has two daughters, whom he also raised. In all he supported and raised two sons and seven step-kids.
He was preceded in death by his parents, several aunts, uncles and cousins, most of whom were in California.
He is survived by his wife, Ella of Lolo; his sons, Michael and Danny Jr. of Arizona; stepdaughters, Charlotte Crowder of Stevensville and her husband, Phil Gotcher, and Christy and her husband, Taz Oliver, of Missoula; three other stepdaughters; two stepsons; two step-grandsons including Zach Gotcher of Stevensville; a step-granddaughter, Marina Gotcher, also of Stevensville; a grandson, Evan of Arizona; several cousins; and a brother, Terry.
There will be no service or visitation. Cremation is being handled by Whitesitt Funeral Home in Stevensville. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at whitesittfuneralhome.com.
