BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – Jack Fletcher Nielson died suddenly of natural causes on Jan. 1, 2010.

He was born Jan. 6, 1920, in Monticello, Utah, to Freeman and Flora Belle Nielson.

He served in the Navy from 1950 to 1954 in the Korean War. He then operated his family ranch in Arlee before moving to Missoula, where he was a barber and Redken representative. He moved to Bullhead City in 1987.

He enjoyed bowling, playing horse shoes, gardening and eating.

Fletch is survived by his wife Barbara; son Robert Nielson, wife Lynn and their sons, Riley and Kavan of Spokane, Wash.; daughter Brenda Nielson of San Diego; and youngest daughter Jackie Kravetz and husband Fred, of Las Vegas.

Fletch was buried at Desert Lawn Cemetery in Fort Mohave, Ariz. There were no services.
