SEELEY LAKE – On Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015, Mark went to heaven to be with God, his grandparents, friends and pets that have gone before, and together they are turning heaven on it’s ear.
Mark came into this world kicking and screaming March 31, 1999. Our lives would never be the same. His early years were spent leaving his mark on the Seeley Lake Elementary teachers and the athletic program there. He will be remembered for his talent on the basketball court and in track and field where he holds the school record for Turbo Javelin. He excelled in sports of all kinds, but football was his true joy. From an early age in the Little Griz program playing for Les Schwab and then McDonald’s, to quarterbacking and receiving for the Blackhawks he loved every minute with his team on the field. Mark loved track as well and was proud of anchoring his relay team and setting school records. He was looking forward to running with his brother and taking the relay team to state this spring.
Mark’s other true love was 4-H. He was active in the Seeley Lake Trailblazers for eight years and was currently vice president. He treasured all the friends he made at the fair showing hogs and steers, and looked forward to hanging out in the barn with his buddies.

Mark loved being outdoors hunting and fishing and playing at the lake with his friends. He loved his animals and especially his kitten. He will be remembered for his quick grin and his sense of humor. He had the uncanny ability to make you laugh while driving you crazy at the same time, as anyone one who knew him can attest.
A celebration of Mark’s life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, at the Seeley Swan High School gymnasium, with a bonfire to follow. Dress warmly and bring happy memories to share. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the SSHS football program. He will be missed by his parents Randy and Sharon Teague of Seeley Lake, sister Jackie Teague, brother Matt Teague, his grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, extended family and countless friends.
