Re: Celebrating Conservatism street demonstration May 12.

Each of our street demonstrations will have a central theme. Our goal is to educate American citizens regarding today’s failure of government leadership, and to warn of encroaching socialism that threatens our Constitution and the very survival of the nation that our founding fathers bravely created.

Today’s elected leadership serves its own misguided socialist agenda, not the nation’s citizens for which it was created. It forced Obamacare on us, when only 20 percent of American citizens supported it. Today’s Democratic Party agenda is best described by Norman Thomas himself, the six-time Socialist Party of America candidate for the office of U.S. president. Quoting Thomas from a 1944 speech:

“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But, under the name of ‘Liberalism,’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” He went on to say: “I no longer need to run as a Presidential candidate for the Socialist Party. The Democratic Party has adopted our platform.”

We emphasize that left-wing incumbents must be unseated from the U.S. Congress in the congressional elections of 2010 and 2012. Montana’s own Democratic U.S. Sen. Max Baucus is admittedly a socialist. He has served in Congress way too long, and his recent support of unconstitutional Obamacare unveiled his true colors.

Celebrating Conservatism does not presently endorse any particular candidate. However, it does enthusiastically endorse patriotic “constitutional candidates” who will perform their duties as prescribed by their oath of office, and uphold the U.S. Constitution in a forthright manner as ordained by our nation’s Founding Fathers.
