The Internal Revenue Service will host a special nationwide open house Saturday at some 200 IRS offices to help small businesses and individuals solve tax problems.
The Montana locations open that day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. include the Missoula office, 2681 Palmer St., and the Great Falls office, 11 Fifth St. N.
IRS staff will be available on site to help taxpayers handle issues involving notices and payments, return preparation, audits and other topics.
The Saturday open house is the first of three events scheduled through the end of June. The next two are planned for June 5 and June 26. For more information go to www.irs.gov.
