The Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Monday afternoon and early Tuesday, so keep this in mind as you plan for the week ahead:
Travelers should expect wintery travel conditions over both Lookout and Lolo passes, beginning Monday afternoon.
A moist upper level jet will move into the intermountain region early Monday, bringing with it "ample" moisture, according to the forecast.
Both Lolo and Lookout passes could pick up new accumulations of snow, and strong southwest winds.
Visibility could be reduced for drivers, as snow blows across roadways and onto windshields.
