BILLINGS - Carbon County authorities say two men are dead after a shooting in the town of Bridger in south-central Montana.

County Attorney Alex Nixon says police responded to the report of a shooting at 7 p.m. Monday and found a 20-year-old man dead of gunshot wounds in a house. A 19-year-old man was found outside the home with a single gunshot wound. He was taken to a Billings hospital, where he later died.

The men's names haven't been released.

Bridger police have asked investigators from the state Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation to help with the case.

Bridger is a town of about 725 about 45 miles southwest of Billings.
