Why did Don Hyndman (guest column, Feb. 8) feel the need to rush in and explain how climate change or global warming resulted in our recent blast of winter weather? Is he afraid that the narrative will lose momentum?
There is a saying: "Figures lie and liars figure." It is well known that so-called climate scientists have been cooking the books on this sham in order to drive their narrative that we need to do away with fossil fuels. Why do they assume we believe everything they say just be cause they say it so often?
I believe in change as part of the long-term evolution of climate, but in Hyndman's case, "Me thinks thou dost explain too quickly!" His explanation is not believable.
