Call me crazy for being an "evangelical of pious vanity" for living up to my reputation and "witnessing." I would prefer to "lay hands" on George Will and "heal" him for his damning lecture of President Donald R. Trump in Will 's column on the Missoulian's Dec. 17 Opinion page, titled: "By endorsing Moore, Trump sunk the U.S. presidency to unplumbed depths."
Will threw everything he could from his own larder of "pious vanity" after most of the crowd has decided against "casting the first stone" at the president and gone home. Will's foolish notion asks the press to pass judgement on the political process and be the moral conscience of America.
President Trump was not endorsing the man but rather the office of a Republican senator who could support the interests of the United States, while adhering to his belief in the principle of separation of church and state.
