I would like to thank the University of Montana and Missoula for hosting the Montana Indian Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Dec. 1, 2018.

If one missed it? It was good, not great. Mediocracy has never been a part of my game plan. Don't miss the next one. We will paint that old "M" red!

The Arlee Boys Basketball Team is keeping the spotlight on suicide prevention. Great! Suicide has no color barriers. Rich, poor, doesn't matter.

The spotlight remains on young Indian women disappearing and taken from us. Keep it on high beam. Indian women are stepping up. We have only hit the tip of the iceberg on this travesty. It's been happening for decades.

Jurisdictional issues continue to hamper the proper investigation of disappearing young Indian women. Quite frankly, it's a mess. Too much "red tape." Indian Country is being "strangled" by red tape. Bureaucracy at its finest.

Thank you.
