I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to a group, Home Instead Senior Care, and for the program "Be a Santa to a Senior." I am a recipient of their program with a gift from their Wish Tree at Missoula’s Southgate Mall. It was delivered Friday and I am very touched in love and the spirit of the Christmas season.

There is an expression — “I wasn’t born in Montana but I got here as soon as I could” — and this certainly fits me! Since I have been in Missoula I have been in a large number of groups; I volunteered with The Missoula Symphony, also I am in a communication-service group. I participate in the Missoula Marathon, TOSAR, Riverbank Run, Ovando bike race, and several other hobby-related events.

I am involved with a 12-step recovery program, church affiliation, University of Montana PKP Honor Society and have been in the workforce in different companies, so I have interacted with hundreds of people.

Living alone and having no romantic relationship, I am touched by whoever chose me to have the lavish gift of love given me. Thank you, Home Instead Senior Care, as well as the city of Missoula.
