BOZEMAN — Montana State set kickoff times for most of its 2018 home football contests, Bobcats athletic director Leon Costello announced.

MSU’s season opener on Thursday, Aug. 30 — the annual Gold Rush game — begins at 7 p.m. The Oct. 13 Homecoming game against Idaho — the Vandals’ first visit to Bozeman since 1995 — begins at 2 p.m., and the Wagner (Sept. 15), Eastern Washington (Sept. 29) and Northern Colorado (Nov. 10) games will start at 1 p.m.

The kickoff time for the Cal Poly game on Nov. 3 won't be set until later this summer.

At least two of Montana State’s three non-league games air on SWX Montana, according to Learfield’s Bobcat Sports Properties. The Western Illinois and Wagner games each air on MSU’s television partner throughout Montana, and will be available to stream on www.msubobcats.com for a $5 charge.

Television options have not yet been announced for the South Dakota State game on Sept. 8, or for the Big Sky games that don’t air on ROOT Sports or Eleven Sports.

Montana State's home games against EWU and Idaho and its road contests versus Weber State on Oct. 20 and Montana on Nov. 17 will be televised on ROOT Sports.

Season tickets are on sale and can be purchased at www.msubobcats.com/tickets, by calling 406-994-CATS, or by visiting the Bobcat ticket office. Single game tickets go on sale Monday, Aug. 6.
