Tickets for the annual Griz football Spring Game went on sale Tuesday, March 6, giving Griz fans the chance to get their first look at the 2018 team under head coach Bobby Hauck.
The Spring Game, slated for 1 p.m. on April 14 at Washington-Grizzly Stadium, serves as a fundraiser for the Grizzly Scholarship Association, with proceeds benefiting scholarships for student-athletes. Tickets are $5 each.
Hauck wants to see the place packed for his first year back in Missoula.
"If Ohio State and Nebraska can sell out their spring game, why can't we? Our people love their football team just as much as those school's fans do," Hauck said.
"A full Washington-Grizzly Stadium is my favorite sight. Our fans need to get cranked up this spring and get their first taste of Montana tough football. Don't wait for the fall. We'll have a bunch of recruits here, and I want them to see the fan base, how excited people are, and to see that environment. It's a special thing."
The Spring Game will also be broadcast statewide on SWX, with a web stream available on GoGriz.com for fans outside of the SWX footprint.
Tickets for the Spring Game are available at the Adams Center Box Office, as well as various outlets around Missoula.
