CASPER, Wyo. - University of Montana header Bridger Chambers and Montana-Western heeler Alex Watson Montana-Western were assessed a five-second penalty during Wednesday's portion of the third go-around and scored a time of 10.8 seconds in the team-roping competition at the College National Finals Rodeo.

Without competing Wednesday, Lester Peterson from UM-Western and UM's Miles Stuberg were bumped down to fifth overall in the team-roping standings.

Montana bull rider Dustin Jenkins remained in first place after the second go and is slated to take his third ride Friday night.

The Montana men remained in 28th place overall, while the women stayed in 13th.
