Cameron Ireland's record-setting night paved the way for Valley Christian over Two Eagle River in a nonconference Class C matchup at the Eagles' gym.

Ireland, a freshman, hit an MHSA record 12 3-pointers in the game, and he finished with 42 points. The Eagles hit 17 treys as a team -- second most by one side in Montana history, according to the MHSA's record books.

Two Eagle (4-6 overall) added to the fireworks with 11 team 3-pointers, led by Alex Quequesah's six. He finished with 22 points, but Ireland and the 8-2 Eagles were too much.
