GREAT FALLS -- Senior Lexi Steele scored a career-high 22 points to help the Missoula Sentinel Spartans top Great Falls CMR in a nonconference Class AA matchup on Tuesday.

Steele hit eight shots from the field, including three 3-pointers to lead the Spartans. Shannon Worster added 11 points for Sentinel, which outscored the Rustlers 20-9 in the third quarter.

Taylor Edwards scored a team-high 13 points to lead CMR, which was back in action after the team canceled two games due to some players battling whooping cough.
