The Missoula Bruins hockey team posted a 4-0 record last weekend, beating Butte and Glasgow twice apiece.
The Bruins opened with a 5-0 win over Butte. Preston Jones scored twice, while Henry Ledyard, Bransen Nelson and Braiden Schreckendgust had one goal apiece. Sam Miland stopped all 21 shots he faced.
Missoula followed with a 4-2 win over Butte. Jones again scored twice. Easton Leadbetter and Henry McDougall had the other goals. Miland stopped 18 of 20 shots, while Kevin Moore stopped all four shots he faced.
The Bruins scored a 6-1 win over Glasgow on Saturday afternoon. McDougall and Schreckendgust had two goals apiece. Daniel Jackson and Nelson each scored once. Miland stopped 23 of 24 shots on goal.
The Bruins wrapped up the weekend with a 3-0 win over Glasgow on Sunday morning. Jones had two of the goals and Ian Checota had the other. Moore earned the shutout by making 19 saves.
